Brief de Design de Logo

A family farm in northern NSW needs a logo for their business to use on letterheads, invoices, company shirts etc.
It is a mixed cropping (wheat mainly), sheep and cattle farm. The sheep are Dohne breed (dual purpose of meat and wool, no horns) and the cattle are mainly the Angus breed (bred for beef, no horns). The farm is located north of Moree where the land is flat and the skies are large.
I would prefer not to see the colour red in the design. I would like to see the design kept simple and include the business name 'Warroo Partnership'.
