Brief de Design de Logo

Elzinga & Volkers (EV) employees (men and women) will be participating in a Warrior Dash obstacle course competition for the second consecutive year. We need a "bad ass" logo designed for placement on our t-shirts and any other items we may order. The colors we use in printed documentation include:

-E&V Blue (CMYK: 96/85/10/1; Pantone: Reflex Blue)
-Medium Blue (33/11/4/0 CMYK)
-Light Blue (CMYK: 12/3/1/0)
-Dark Gray (CMYK: 0/0/0/50)
-Light Gray (CMYK: 31/25/25/0)
-White

We had a logo designed last year that is really nice, but we want to change it up and make it tougher. I have attached a .psd and .jpg file of last years logo design for reference. I have also attached one sketched idea that was brainstormed for 2015 (EV-Idea.jpg). Other ideas include: EV Letters, "Warrior Dash Twenty15", barb wire punching through EV letters.

We would like to see how the logo would look on the front of a t-shirt in a variety of colors, such as black, white, gray and other colors you think would be striking. This is a very exciting employee event so we want to make it very cool (bad ass).
