Brief de Design de Logo

UPDATE!!

My client has switched gears and does not want to stray from her current logo.

I need the following in the design:

1) Please recreate the logo in our attachment for the new name "Neoteric Nutrition"

2) For the slogan "modern nutrition for every body" make in a script writing txt font.

I have added a new attachment with a pencil sketch of what she is looking for.

She is trying to create a combined branding for her two units Neoteric Nutrition and NutriLign and needs them to be able to work together.

We are a holistic nutrition center and need a design for our new company branding / rebranding.

Our current product line is NutriLign (current logo attached)

Requirements:
Earthy with a holistic feel. However, I do like a lot of contrast vs. too soft colors for a total look. You can see that my logo is soft but it also has a tiny edge.

I do not like colors such as purple, blue, pink, etc. I do like yellow, red or gray.

We like the NutriLign logo and would like something that matches or a concept we can use for both with matching N's.
