Brief de Design de Flyer

My company provides junk removal and small demolition services. I need a flyer that is modern, simple but catches the eye. Clearly shows what my company is about. I provided two uploaded files, one with out logo and the other with the logo and slogan. I would like the flyer size to be a full page (8.5"x10.98"). I also provided a list of services my company offers. I would like to incorporate a $50 Coupon for Junk Removal Service and $100 Coupon for Demolition Service at the bottom of the flyer. These flyers will be the first mailed out and be my initial entry into the market. Thank you for your time.

• It would be nice if the color scheme incorparated colors from my bussiness cards. I upladed a picture of one of them as a reference. As far as colors, I am a fan of any and all earth tones.
