we are a small holding . We manufacture traditional sausage and bacon and keep and sell free range meat/animals (sheep and pigs). We live at small holding and are a family involved business. The sausage is made by mother and daughter. farm animals reared bu all of us. this emlem/logo will be used on packaging as well as website, leterhead and communication. The America in the name is the traditional/previous name of the farm and there is no lnk for us to America, no link with the product to america and we are not selling/pitching to the US market- however, that is the name of the farm and what would be known as locally.
