Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for a new company in Loosdrecht, Netherlands. The literal translation in English of the name of company "Vaarbewijs Loosdrecht" is "Boat license Loosdrecht" where Loosdrecht is the name of a small city in Holland. The boat we are using is a small 19 feet motor boat (no sailing).
The company is for all water sports enthusiastics, whether you are novice sailor or an experienced skipper who wants to gain more experience handling a boat including specific maneuvers.

We don't have a preference for a logo design but we want have use the color orange as used in the website: (http://www.vaarbewijsloosdrecht.nl) as this is a royal color in the Netherlands. Ideally the logo has something to do with water and/or boat.
