Brief de Design de Logo

I have owned and operated a start up food cart selling rice and beans based dishes topped with vegetarian and meat toppings all served in a bowl. The original name of the company was Beans Inc and after two years of customer feedback recognized that it was too limiting. Boulder Bowls was the new name winner. My colors are black and white with a splash of tomato red. The most popular comments include, the food is simple and easy to eat, cart is clean and not cluttered and food is consistent. My first cart simply had a canopy with Beans Inc in white font on a black back ground. My current cart has no name or logo as we were deciding the new name. During this 4 month period of this clean white cart business has increase which prompted the name change and multiple comments of simplicity and cleanliness. This design will also be used to t-shirts, business cards etc. Thanks in advance for the ideas.

The current consumer is between the ages of 25-45. mostly professionals. Repeat business is a major part of my customer base many eating my food weekly. The consumers are also a major referral source. I struggle on the weekends during festivals as my product is not as well known as a hot dog for example.
