Brief de Design Photoshop

We need a Photoshop design for a sign company who supply vintage looking signs to local sports clubs. We need to improve on our existing layout and design. Design must be layered and include smart objects where needed (Club Logo).
The layout and timber effect needs to be improved on from the supplied design.
Size is to scale in supplied design.
We will need all text files to be included with the final design
The final design must include vintage layer effects (Timber)
The design is to be easily adjusted, Text, colour, logo etc.
Must include most or all the information in supplied design (founded date, home ground, club name etc)
