Brief de Web Design

Design a fully functioning website for a real estate property leasing company. The company has a few properties in New Haven, CT and would like to provide an option for its tenants to pay their rent online. The company should have the ability to generate unique account log in username and password for its tenants so they can make online payments through ACH the website. (The ACH processing part will be coordinated with the bank).

Please take a look at all the pictures I uploaded of New Haven especially the area around Yale University, you will find that the general style is Gothic and charming.

Also please make use of the pictures of the two properties I have attached to the description.

Please keep Properties page, Contact Us Page , About Us Page, and please add a page entitled "Tenants".

On the Properties page I would like to see on the left hand side an interactive map of new haven (Please see a map attached), split by New Haven's neighbourhoods, and showing my properties as pins of sort on the map (I can send you the addresses of the properties upon request). On the same page on the right side I want to see a drop down menu that includes list of New Haven Neighbourhoods. When a neighbourhood is selected you can see in the space underneath the drop-down menu the properties we have in that neighbourhood in large thumbnail format. Also on the map you can see the pins corresponding to those properties change colour. A user can either click on the pin or on the thumbnails to have view more pictures of the property and some details in text.

The tenants page should prompt a login to access- I like your idea of having the company name in two colours, one for NHCT and another for Properties.Please let me know if you have any questions along the way
