No problem at all :-) I mean do you require just the design or you want full functional page? What you choose is definately up to you. You can have the design in designcrowd and then find someone to make it functional for you (advantage: you will receive many designs if you require just design) or you can ask for full functional (less designs but you also have code). I personally do not code but the decision id definately yours.

Please let us know also how many pages you require. Just homepage or all pages.
