Brief de Design de Logo

looking for a logo design for a hardwood flooring service called M&T Hardwood Solutions. We specialized in sanding and refinish, new installation, and also staining. i would like design that has shows wood grains of course. also the "M&T" id like to see it used as a symbol kinda like the NY yankees logo. open to other idea also. the reason why i want it be a symbol is "M&T" was my fathers n his partner at the time initials. my father passed a couple years and his partner split long time ago. i want to do away with the "M&T" as a part of my company but i want it into a symbol to remember my father. the symbol with those wing tips you see on greek statues. and the wording "Hardwood Solutions" something unique that has an urban touch. LET SEE SOME AWESOME LOGO!!
