Brief de Design de Flyer

We need a flyer (8 1/2 X 11) for a new service we are rolling out for my real estate business. It allows potential buyers to receive home information by texting "Chad" to 59559. This will instantly send the potential buyer the price, information and photos of the home they are sitting in front of. This works for not only Chad Schwendeman's listings,but for ANY and ALL homes currently listed in the MLS.

I want the focus to be on receiving information instantly for buyers and for sellers it is an innovative way to promote their home. These should be two different types of flyers.
