We Provide group homes which molds the future of youths, by helping them become the next generation of electricians. R-resilient Group Homes provides a comprehensive treatment plan which includes psychological counseling, medical treatment, trained staff, and a behavior management program emphasizing positive-reinforcement. This program is specifically designed to help youth overcome behavior that cannot be managed in their family's home or within the community. We utilize community resources and encourage residents to make use of our focus based program, while focusing their attention on becoming an electrician.
