Brief de Design de Flyer

I'm looking for a double sided DL card which is full colour on both sides. The card is for popping into letterboxes and is required to grab the readers attention and drive them to a website. www.myhomevalue.com.au The card offers a free property valuation over the internet. It's easy to use and only takes a couple of minutes. The user then gets a free report of suburb prices and demographics as well as an estimate on the value of their home. The user will also receive another report which covers "The seven secrets to a successful sale".

I have included a very bad example of the idea I have in mind. I'm not a designer ( as can be clearly seen) but hope this gives a bit of direction as to the use of the card.

• Brochure should have some happy smiling people using a computer and give the feeling that it''s easy and fun to get the free report.
• I''ve included 3 steps to show how easy it is to use the site and I think this would be nice but if you have another idea to show it''s very easy to get the report then feel free to show your idea.
• Perhaps it might be a good idea to mention the "Seven Secrets" free ebook as another bonus for using the site.
