Brief de Design de Logo

Bepoz is a global point of sale software development company. Our new United States office has decided to market the software in two versions. We need vector logos for each version. What we need designed is a logo for each and a software box mockup for each. NOTE: we also need them both to have "by Bepoz" in the logo. The first is a lighter version of the software called: Entrepreneur. Which needs to be darker tones with some mildly glossy highlights. The second version is: Corporate. This needs to have much more white space and flatter colors and such.
I have provided the current Color Codes and the Company Logo.

Marché(s) Cible(s)

Entrepreneur is for Restaurant and Retail Shop owners who sell under $3Mil in sales each year. They lean more toward consumer aesthetics and such. Corporate is for chain and franchise restaurants and retail shops selling over $3Mil per year.
