Brief de Design de Logo

Two young accounting consultants joined forces and created a small company. Both a common name "Pembele" so they though and named the company as Pembele & Pembele, Lda. So, now they are looking at creating a logo for the company, which they adopt and use as their identity. Looking to have a modern type logo with energetic and firm look, formal but yet captivating.
Looking for a interesting design which can incorporate both names, either with the two (2) initial or names and icon or just names.
