Brief de Web Design

We are tax and financial consulting company that needs a web site. Our logo is attached. Headquarters of our company is based in Latvia, Riga. Our actual temporary web site is www.finavise.com The main purpose of our new web site is:

* to explain the benefits of doing business through Latvian LLC companies;
* provide necessary information about taxation regime in Latvia for trading and holding companies
* propose some standard schemes of using Latvian companies for various businesses.
* offer our clients other jurisdictions companies - other European, offshore, etc.
* offer our clients ecommerce solutions
* offer our client residency in Latvia and EU

Registration of a Latvian company + accounting + legal advice will be our primary product. However, web site first page should highlight 4 other important products, such as:

1 - eCommerce (here we will explain briefly what is eCommerce, how our client can use it, what are the bonuses doing business online, explain conditions of eCommerce, etc) ;
2 - Residence Permit (here we offer EU and non-EU citizens to obtain Latvian residence permit and explain the benefits of having Latvian ID card);
3 - other Jurisdictions (here we propose list of other companies registered in the countries with favorable taxation regime, i.e. UK, Hong-Kong, Canada, Panama, BVI, UAE, etc);
4 - banking (here we explain benefits of having bank account in Latvia, explaining briefly products that bank offer, etc).

As a start point we need only first page design. If this design suits us well we will continue to work with you on other pages. We are looking for innovative, creative and professional design in line with our corporate logo and colours. We want this design to focus more on graphic, on simplicity and usability. It should be immediately clear from the first glance what the site is about, what is our key product and how to get more information if I'm interested on something.
