Brief de Design de Logo

Currently looking for a bold and stylized logo for my company (barbarian fitness). My company offers clients training, lifestyle coaching and nutritional advice with am emphasis on making sure the components of health are all considered and that the client is supported throughout the day even past the training session. We look at lifestyle, medical history, sources of stress and other factors when coming up with a complete and comprehensive training peogram for clients. As a logo currently I use the "stencil font" with a stylized "Barbarian | Fitness" for all marketing purposes (Facebook page, website, merchandise etc). I want a logo to portray my companies emphasis inspiration (the lifestyles of those from the past that resulted on aesthetic bodies, prior to the emphasis on "instant abs" and other quick sell solutions). As far as ideas go, I was thinking of a stylized helmet, but am open for other creative ideas.
