Brief de Design Wordpress

Our current website is:

I have a new logo that I am pleased and is on the site now but I would like to see if someone can improve on our current theme.

I like the general energy and feeling of it as well as the colors now but am open to some improvements.

Also, i would like to see a client login section if possible but its not critical.

Just a note or two.  
I have been studying color schemes to try to help the process along.  Here is one I would like to see. http://www.colorcombos.com/color-scheme-59.html

I also think this may contrast well with the gold in the NEA logo and possible icons that could be used. 
I don't know how it will turn out but I hope it will eliminate some of the guessing on your part.

I like the framed squared corners.  Its important the the site not just say "StraightForward" but also BE "StraightForward."
Lots of good ideas out there. Best wishes, Thomas.
PS. I like much of the work I am seeing and will raise the rate.
