Brief de Web Design

We are a small family run business,running for approximately 18 months, providing chimney sweeping services within a 50 mile radius of our base.
Bright and Shine Chimney Sweeping is certified through The Guild of Master Chimney Sweeps - the Guild is both nationally and internationally recognised for its efforts and achievements in improving standards for both chimney sweeps and their customers.
We would describe our company as:
Professional, friendly, customer oriented, safety concious, enthusiastic. Clean and thorough, with a high level of knowledge.
We believe in setting high standards in our industry and providing our customers with an easy and positive experience.
Through our site we aim to increase traffic and generate more sales, create awareness of our company, advertise and inform of our services.
Our target audience is adult home owners, landlords, tenants and letting agencies and the website should be able to be accessed via phone, tablet and PC.
We would like to see designs using black, white and grey apart from our logo (attached) which is yellow.
We would be open to suggestion on a small amount of colour.

We would like to see some designs with silhouette terraced house roof tops with chimneys and with our logo and chimney sweep to the left side as on our van.

The site should include the following pages each page to follow the same template/design as the homepage but with spaces allocated for the relevant information for each page.

It should also have the facility to display a map showing the area we cover and photos of our work.

To conclude the final design should communicate ease of use, cleanliness and professionalism.

NB; We also do window cleaning but don't want this on the website
