Brief de Design Publicitaire
We are a high volume restaurant & bar that is constantly running great food and drink specials to keep people coming over and over again. We run ads every week and have been creating them through an ad agency and there ads have gotten to be very boring and bland to me. You can visit our website at www.gamaroffs.com to see what our menu is like, get our logo and our colors. I will also attach our last ad (which I think looks too busy and boring). I will also attach food pics and our logo. We have an american menu with a good bar crowd, a lot of steaks, chicken, fish and salads. Our clientele is typically a little older and we are starting to do entertainment from Wednesday through Saturday nights. We are going to run a different special everyday of the week as well and want this ad to portray our new specials and entertainment. It will be placed full page in the Miami Herald, South Florida Sun times, Aventura News and Sunny Isles Papers. We are spending approx. $5,000 a week in advertising and will continue to do so with this new ad.
I would like to see some designs that have a calendar feel to them with the following specials.
Wednesdays: 18 oz Bone In New York Strip with a side for $15.95
with classic oldies and light rock performed by Spanky & Dino
Thursdays: Filet Mignon Kebob with a side for $15.95 and Joey and Gigalos performing Doo Wop all night long.
Fridays: 20 oz T Bone Steak with a side for $15.95 Lordes Valentine Quartet performing Light jazz
Saturdays: 18 oz bone in rib eye with a side for $15.95 with Jazmin performing Latin and american hits
Sunday through Tuesday is our 2 for $22 special. Two people come and share an appetizer choose your entree with sides and a dessert to share for only $22!!!

- Attached food shots. These are actual shots of our food taken durning a photo shoot. I think it would be nice that people see these shots of our specials were running.
