Brief de Design de Logo

UPDATED BRIEF AS PER CLIENT INSTRUCTION..
We need a logo design for an online wine retail business based in Hong Kong. The name of the business is 121BC and we need a logo designed with the logo text '121BC wines HK'.

We have the following guidelines...
1. We need a logo in the style of chunky font ( see attached picture) and RED neon or script style font underneath for Hong Kong in red.
2. In white on a black background and
3. black on a white background....
4. and we also need the logo to be in a format/file size large enough to print 30cmx30cm
5. we also need the logo sent in a style that it can be placed on webpages with any background colour behind it - i.e black writing with a transparent background.
