Brief de Design de Carte Postale

Two properties sold in same area in month of July, they sold at top dollar and i am soliciting other homes in the area. i have pictures of the homes sold and I want to put my name and phone number and email on the card and my picture. I will need about 200 and my budget is limited so please give me an estimate and a design if possible. I am able to up load the pictures of the two properties if necessary.
