Brief de Design de Logo

Severing from current business partner and creating new business identity/entity. We used this service for our initial logo (attached), which can be also be seen at valuefirstinc.com. Looking for something similar, but uniquely different. Would be open to new ideas/concepts. Trying to portray an image that embodies commercial real estate. Our background is vast, and includes the valuation and analysis of existing and proposed commercial real estate properties across the US. Our primary market area are urban centers along the Eastern Seaboard, with our headquarters located in Baltimore City, MD. All colors are welcome, except existing color, and any flashy neon type colors.
