The Pepper Moth serves as a great metaphor for adapting to change. They went from white to dark as the soot increased in industrial England. Their ability to adapt and respond served as insight into the amazing speed and reactivity in which nature responds to a changing environment. So this type of name would jump start the conversation about your ability to read a situation, devise a game plan and proactively map out a solution that would meet challenges head on in real time.
