Brief de Design de Menu

Currently we cater but don't have a take-out menu for customers to order from or see our options and we want to change that. Most of the customers we cater are employees of large and small businesses, we also have some private parties we cater to as well. With this in mind we are looking for a professional looking menu but also to have some personal touch with it. The format should be easy to read and understand. We are looking to hand out this menu to local businesses, schools and offices, and maybe after a few trial runs, our store too. Locally, we have a pretty established name but our options can't be seen by the public and we are looking to make that possible with this catering menu. Originally we were thinking of tri-fold menu, 8.5inx14in, but after seeing some of the work done already we trust the designers to create something they think would be the right fit. We don't want it too large nor too small to ensure it won't be an inconvenience for businesses, it must still stand out enough to grab their attention.
