Brief de Design de Logo

I am a young builder who has just started a construction business and am hoping to expand to 10 plus staff in the near future. I am based in Auckland and the competition is fierce.

I require a logo that supports my business in residential additions and alterations in the mid to high end market.

I am open to designs with my full business name included, "Transforming Residential" but I do think it is quite long and a logo with some form of its initials may be better.

I would prefer the logo was primarily black and white but am open to another colour. I do not like round or curves.
It should be able to be replicated through various merchandise with ease i.e. t-shirts, business cards, headers and vehicle sign writing.
