Brief de Design de Carte Postale

KLE Properties LLC is a real estate investment company that works with individuals that are dealing with changes/challenges (either good or bad) and need to sell their home quickly. The postcard will be the centerpiece of our marketing efforts and we project that we will send out 5000 per month. We want a postcard that stands out and draws the reader's eye to it. I've attached the verbiage and the guideline for the United States Postal Service's every day direct mail program (EDDM).
