The current budget suffices for homepage CSS coded design only - not full site designed or CSS coded or backend or ecommece integrated for this low budget
Also please guarantee the project if you wish the best designers to work on it

The above site is 70% what I am looking for, just the use of black colors at the top and bottom are putting me off. The background should also be something plain instead of an image.

To all the designers that have submitted; Please take a look at the example website. It is very different from what you guys are submitting! And like I said in the below posts, the example site is almost 70% complete, so use it as a base instead of reusing old templates.
