Brief de Design Illustration

We need a graphic of the enclosed photo. It will be used as the background of a training posters that will be blown up to A0 size. It will have text boxes set over the graphic defining requirements for people to follow about how they operate equipment. What I want from this project however is just the graphics based on the photo. I will add the text later using text boxes over the graphic. It is likely there will be more photos to convert to graphics for the right designer.

The Graphic for P1 Loading Point should remove the rocks in the foreground and have the excavator more central to the shot and turn the bull dozer around 180 degrees.

The aim for the graphic from the photos is that it represents the equipment and terrain accurately but can be adjusted to demonstrate different requirements. I am interested in different approaches but am thinking cartoon / reality. An example of how equipment could be represented enclosed. I am interested in the more realistic Caterpillar (Company) type pictures but not branded.
