Brief de Design Graphique

We need a Graphic Design for a Table Top Display that is used at Trade-shows we attend.
A little bit about what we do: We are a Dental Transitions company, we help new and retiring dentists buy or sell their dental practices. Think of it as a real-estate broker for Dental businesses. Some of the things that Transitions include are practice valuations, which is a determination of how much that practice is worth in respect the the amount of business that comes through on a yearly basis. We also help dentists find associates, or help new graduates find associateships.
JPA Dental Transitions was founded by Joseph D. Jordan, whom is an attorney in the dental field, who brings a new perspective to the dental transition experience due to his legal background.

About the project: We have a table top display called an Abex PL-6 (Spec sheet attatched, but don't worry, the printers will do all the cutting and printing..but this will let you see how the actual display is divided, however, the image should be one cohesive image), it consists of 5 (3 main and two very small side) panels made from vinyl. Here are the approx. specs of the display.

Our printers request Vector graphics or EPS, and the color mode must be Pantone / PMS Spot Color
What we would like to see: We need our company logo, motto "We are here to guide you through"
Colors: Deep Burgundy, White, Grey, and Black
A list of our services: Practice Sales, Buyer Representation, Seller Representation, Practice Valuations, Associateships
We need the font to be large and clear, easy to read, because people are going to be walking by this display, you need to be able to read it quick! We are open to creative design Ideas!
