Brief de Design de Logo

We need a simple logo that projects a professional and trustwhorthy image.
We focus on providing consultation and software solutions for mid-size and larger companies related to Collaboration, Business Processes and Enterprice Architecture based on Microsoft technologies, primarily SharePoint.

Keywords that come to mind are: Simple, technical, professional, Clean

We like logos such as: PayPal, IBM, Apple, SAP, Vmware, Verisign, Fujitsu, Facebook, Tvitter, DELL, FedEx...

We will strongly consider additional work such as stationary, business cards, powerpoint templates, word header/footer templates and website from the designer that wins the contest.

Hux has a vague reference to "thinking" in Icelandic but the logo should not convey such a message unless very well implemented in a suddle manner.

Large and medium companies including IT decision makers and business executives. Both bleeding edge tech addicts as well as moderately conservative people but mostly just the average manager that works with computers.

  - Would be good to get a suggestion for placement of an optional slogan using „Lorem ipsum dolor“ to test.
  - Can use any combination of upper/lower case letters of "hux".
  - A combination of wordmark/lettermark and an accompanying abstract logo if the idea is well executed.
  - Prefer both horizontal and vertical options if an abstract logo is presented.
  - Branding guide regarding use of the logo, colors etc.
