Brief de Design de Logo

I am looking to re-create my restaurant logo. (old logo seen attached) We are an independent and family-owned restaurant that has been serving the same neighborhood for over 30 years. We have had our current logo since 1996. We specialize in fried chicken, chicken wings, pizza, subs and wraps. We offer take out, delivery and dine in. I am including pdf's of our current logo and menu. Logo will be used for print advertising, internet advertising and printed on t-shirts, hoodies, etc. Our uniform shirts are black, our colors have traditionally been yellow, red and green, although I am open to seeing other ideas.
