Placer County Realtor need web banner re-design. Looking for classy, classic, clean design appealing to elite prospects. Previous focus was short sales now looking to gear towards listing and selling homes, remove short sale focus. Must include, license # 01860942, CB logo, phone, email, etc. check out JenKlein.com for reference info. I am open to suggestions for other needed content for THE BEST WEB BANNER ON EARTH! LOL. Reason: I still haven't gotten what I want. I noticed some really good designs closer to the end here, I'm hoping to allow those folks and maybe a few new ones the opportunity to give me exactly what I want! Thanks!

Reason: I still don't have what I want. I want a simple design that shows that I am a Realtor, maybe a picture of a house???? or something related to real estate. Less emphasis on the Coldwell Banker logo. Classy and upscale. Fonts should be easy to read but not so simply boring. Please, please, please read the brief!! I REALLY want a good banner!!

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: I'm ready to move this to the end now. I need a design. I'm extending hopefully only this last time to take a vote on them. I will be reaching out to a few select designers to make a few modifications. I appreciate everyone's time on this as you know this is a very tough and important decision to make.
