Recovery coaching is an up and coming profession that helps people with addictions gain traction and move towards meaningful sober lives. Addiction acts as chains holding us back, and recovery coaching and life coaching both focus on the client having the answers within themselves. It is not about counselling, it is about asking the right focus based questions and helping people make their way.
