Brief de Design de Flyer

I need a double sided flyer maybe, 8x10, 6x11 8.5x11 something that can be put in mailboxes that is eye catching. The front should contain our logo with phone number the back should be informative with photographs website (www.317decks.com) etc. The professional should really decide....

If a certain photo is needed please let me know I have hundreds, since this is a flyer and not going to be published online feel free to use google images on the preliminary design we can leave them and or change them for the final project....Our clients are mid-to-upper class and live in the wealthiest of counties in the state of Indiana. I added a flyer i designed myself but i dont like it...
