Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for my annual Hawaiian/Polynesian Festival held every fall. This year makes its 10th annual event. The event consist of Food and retail vendors, live Polynesian entertainment and Evening Hawaiian/Reggae Concerts and a Solo Tahitian dance competition.
Want logo to look clean, have a Hawaiian feel and will need the logo provided in a layered Ai file. If you would like to get a better feel of my event please go to my website www.vizzun.com. Please don't base the new logo off anything from the old logo. Looking for a different feel.
