Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for a new blog I'm starting (based in the Chicagoland area) called "invisible success". Many arenas (e.g. Public Health - My Field) struggle with justfying their existance and getting resources. Their stories are lost...people take for granted that organizations and people around the globe are preventing horrible things from happening to us. It's only when something horrible happens that we realize it. My call is to unpack these stories. I would like to see designs that use the color blue (PMS 300 range). The final design should play off the invisibiilty concept. I'm also open to utilizing the full text "invisible success" or some acronym of this.
