Brief de Design de Logo

Looking for a logo for our new line of equipment attachments. We make attachments for tractors and skid steers. Things like snow plows, dirt buckets, trailers, etc... Items fabricated out of steel.

I'm looking for a logo that includes our name: True North Attachments, Inc. I'd like to also include a compass symbol, or work the idea in.

This will be used on hats, shirts, and websites. Also I will need a version that can be laser cut into steel, and still look like our logo without color. (see attached picture)

Colors I like are Red, Blue, White, Yellow.

The equipment we build is usually painted either Red or Black. However sometimes we paint it specific for the customer to match their machine brand color. (JD Green, Kubota Orange, CAT Yellow, Etc...) I attached a picture of one of our builds.
