Brief de Design de Logo

We are an electrical sub trade in Western Canada, specializing in design build installation and management, primarily for new construction. Recently, we finalized our Vision Statement : To Empower The Future. In October, 2015, we are hosting an event in Kananaskis, AB to be attended by 30 of our key leadership personnel. The focus of this corporate event is to instill, inspire and motivate attendees to "live our vision statement and pass it on to their staff." We would like to design a logo that focuses on the word "Empower" and that we can use on all printed materials, pens, t shirts, jackets, etc.etc. Our typical style is something impactful and simple in design - not cluttered and overdone. Our company colors are a darker forest green with a true gold (not yellow) and white. Please get back to me with your thoughts.
