Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for a new (parent) company, Buddy & Punks LLC. Buddy & Punks will be manufacturing and selling several different lines of products, mostly geared at children and moms. The initial product is a beverage holder that warms and/or cools baby bottles or other beverage containers (including soda and beer). Additional products will include a line of baby crib bedding, and various cleaning products for breast pumps.
Because not all products offered by the company will be aimed at children/moms, we do not want the logo to be too childish. It is the logo for the parent company, not the products themselves.
We are open to all designs and colors, though we prefer to use bold or bright colors over pastels. If you use a script font, please choose a print rather than cursive.
Logo text can include "LLC" or not. We will entertain either option.
