Also will you require the Book Title & Author name on the cover? Do you need a spine and back design too?

I will need a title and author on the cover - but it doesn't require spine or back design.
I would like my name: A. J. FARAH to be on two lines with my surname (FARAH) larger than A.J. In a burnished gold in something like Trajan font (or close proximity). The title of the book: Authority to Judge in a simpler font preferably black. With a bottom of cover text - Book 1 of The Faithful Watchmen ?in white simple font. The cover needs to be dark and broody as in all Epic SciFi covers.

Standard size for an ebook cover - I believe it's e-book 900px wide x 1369px high.

My bad - it should read on bottom of the cover - Book 1 of The Watchmen of Albion NOT Book 1 of The Faithful Watchmen. Apologizes.
