Brief de Design 3D
Requirement
The current requirement is to design Malaysia pavilion concept with the below specification for various shows across 2015 -16. Looking to receive a 3D rendering of a booth which will be occupied within a convention center during a trade show, for various shows across 2015 -16.
Total Area
72sqm of raw space Equivalent to 8 shell scheme booths of 9sqmt each + 18sqmt(6X3) storage area
Theme /Concept
Using own creativity and innovation to propose a suitable theme and concept which takes into consideration of the following elements
• Theme : Highlight Malaysia’s image to the middle east market and branding of Malaysia
• Concept : Simple but vibrant, systematic and strategic platform for sellers/buyers interaction.
Structure
• Contractor to propose based on creativity and usage of space. To have Malaysia signage on high platform for the purpose of visibility.
• Very impressive structure which will be the center of attraction to the visitors.
PARTICULAR
Exhibition Area to include
• Each Unit to be equipped with below - Total 8 Units of Booth
o 1 Lockable information counter
o 4chairs
o 1 table
o 1 electric socket outlet and wiring
o 1 Fascia board with company name
o 3 shelves one meter each
o 1 dustbin
o 1 MATRADE logo
o 3 spot lights 200W
• Maximum height allowed 4.5 -5m
• Partitions
• Ligthed Malaysian flag logo
• Graphics appropriately depicting Malaysia
• MATRAD and Made in Malaysia for the World logos.
Flooring
o Carpets to all floors (wall to wall)
(Type of carpet to be proposed by the designer)
Other Requirements
o Provide MALAYSIA/MATRADE Corporate signage (signs on both sides)on each island. The signage should be high enough to be seen from distance.
o Place MATRADE Logo where ever relevant at the stand.

Reason: Expecting few more concept designs rather than seeing the fully rendered one. Please provide as much as new concept from your side for us to review. Doesnt need to give a fully completed 3D. But a concept design with few impressive key features.
