Brief de Design de Logo

We need a new logo design for Residential Castles Ltd, a respected building company that specialises in high quality designer homes.

Residential Castles have been building homes in Canterbury, New Zealand, for over 20 years. Only residential, from simple 2-3 bedroom homes through to top end architectural designs. They are a registered Master Builder (the Master Builders Association is a highly trusted and respected organisation in New Zealand).

The core values of the company are integrity, trust, expertise and uncompromising standards.

The team at Residential Castles pride themselves in delivering impeccable service to their clients and position themselves as their trusted partners and friends in the construction of their most valuable asset.

We would like to see designs that use silver and either dark blue, red or black.

The final design should communicate timeless craftsmanship, trust, special, VALUE, exquisite, stylish, standing the test of time, no cutting corners, reliability and high standards.

The final design should also make it clear that Residential Castles are a building company.

The final design should be simple, stylish and immediate for people to connect with.

The final design also needs to be sharp and look great on print (so please no special shading or anything that won't look great on print) as it will be utilised in sign-writing, clothing, brochures and other printed materials. The file supplied needs to be high resolution, so we can use it elsewhere.

We're looking for some wow factor as well and something that stands out
