Brief de Design Icône

We need an icon design for our app which is used for asset inventories. Equipped with an iPad and a barcode scanner the user goes around the premises of his company and scans the barcodes on the asset labels. By doing that, he records where the assets such as computers, printers, desks or other items are located, whether they are still existing etc.

The icon in any case should contain a barcode. That is important. Whether the barcode covers the lower part of the icon, serves as a background or is displayed in some other way depends on your decision as a graphic designer. The assets can be symbolised by a few different basic items like a circle, a square or a triangle. The icon should not look too crowded, 3-4 items are sufficient in my opinion, but these items and the barcode should be presented in a pleasant, interesting, even remarkable way.
