We have a mobile money transfer company, We now want to provide an online platform for companies to fill in transfer details to, say, 1,000 employees then the transfer list is electronically available to us through the website.

I need a website that basically works like a bank account and people (client) can log on to the website and create accounts.

We the administrators then activate the account once details are provided by them.

Then client then deposits an amount (outside the payment platform) and the administrator can then "load" this as virtual money or as a balance on the client's account.

The platform provides tools for workflows, approvals and rejections, comments, attachments,

After final approval by the client's top boss or whoever is designated as the signatory/approver, we at the back end process the transfer of funds.

but transaction initiators working mostly on excel files may not need so much of the mobile.

The platform should generate notifications every time a transaction happens. it should generate reports as well.

we would also need to charge for each transaction on the platform.
