We are an insurance agency that markets to seniors for their health insurance. We provide solutions for medicare recipients most of them 65+ yrs old. It is important to gain their trust and loyalty. We get 40% of our business by referral from current members. Most seniors are overwhelmed with medicare changes plus the different marketing mailers that flood their mailboxes. We focus on making the decision making understandable and also provide follow up service during the life of their coverage to make sure they have support using or understanding their benefits.
