**UPDATE**
Here's the basics: Flyer for New Dental Building. Moving in August 2013. 1307 S Gold Street. Include Map.

We need a flyer announcing our move to a new building in August 2013. We are a general dentistry practice that sees families and people of all ages in Centralia, WA (Small town between Seattle and Portand).
We would like to see designs that feature a fun/lively sketch of the new building. Could even be silhouette. Tall evergreen cedar/hemlock type trees in the back ground would also be appropriate (our logo has these in backgournd). Enticing. Simple.
I would prefer a more "artistic" "hand drawn" type look over flashy graphics - but I'm open to ideas.
The text can be simple, "We're moving! Visit us at our new location in August. 1307 South Gold Street" ... again, I"m open to some variation here.
I'd like this to be one flat page.

Decided that flyer really should have map. I'm attaching a map I've drawn from our current location (circle) to our new location (star). I like the map to be clean and simple.

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: I've not seen a fun, beautiful hand drawn design that looks like a good fit yet. It should include a map (see download). It does NOT need to have our logo.
