Brief de Design de Logo

I have a company - Jilly's Villas - that rents short term vacation rental villas in the Caribbean. I would love a logo for the company. I would like this logo to be mainly used on contracts and invoices. I would then need additional logos for each of the properties in our portfolio. The home names would be used on staff uniforms, letter heads, pens, beach bags, and even signs in the front of each house. I would love to see different colors of blue used and would love there to be some common thread between all of the homes and the villa rental company. The house names are "Peaceful Palms" "Lazy Laguna" "Sleepy Gull" "Playful Pelican" and "Idle Tides"
