Brief de Design de Panneau

We are a new jewellery and silk store in Wellington, New Zealand specialising in products sourced from Suzhou, China.

We're after a design for an open/closed sign for our door. I know it sounds odd, but we want to put a bit of effort into making it special.

We've been thinking about designs relating to round Chinese garden moon gates with doors, to match with our round logo in some way, but are open to other ideas.

Our font is Avenir, so try to work with that if you can.

Have attached our logos on black/white for reference.

Exigences

Doit avoir

• The words "open" and "closed" on each side, possibly with "We are" or "Sorry we're" or something similar.
• Needs to fit within a 300mm square area, but if it's rectangular, aim for a 300x130mm kind of size.
• Writing should be in Avenir and letter spaced similarly to our logo.

Bien d'avoir

• We like the idea of Chinese moon gate (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moon_gate) to fit with our overall Chinese/oriental theme.
• On a black background is probably preferred, but not essential.

Ne doit pas comporter

• Colours that vastly don't match our black/white/yellow theme.
